You may request web designers to use the latest version and latest technology on your web sites. This creates two reversal effects to your visitors, i.e. accepted or declined. If you are patient to wait 5-10 minutes for downloading and installing the latest version of XXX to your computer in order to view a single web site, then you are a rare case but other people in the world are not !

It is harzardous to use the latest versions or just released standards that are new in the world market other than a common, acceptable standard technology that requires no plug-ins or special version to display on web pages. For example, those sites that are heavily rely on this technology, for example, FLASH, make it impossible for visitors to navigate the sites at all if visitors browser is not FLASH enabled and that means you have to reject potential visitors to your web sites inevitably. The graphic design is probably perfect but what is it for. Special effects are appropriate for only some specific purpose, e.g. making a presentation, demonstration. If your website falls in this category, then we encourage you to use this specific technology.
